Is there a free shipment?

No, we don't offer free shipping.

My parcel is missing, what next?

Contact us immediately, we will be able to resolve issue with the shipping company, and if parcel is not found we will process for refund
or send a replacement.

Are returns free of charge?

Please note if you want to return an item you can do it within 14 days, the item must be not opened and not have signs of usage. You
need to pay for the postage. Please note that if the item is lost in the post we will not be able to offer you a refund. We highly recommend
buying insurance.

Can I change my training date?

Of course but it must be done no sooner than 14 days prior to the training, otherwise your deposit cannot be transferred for the new
course date.

I will be late for my training, what to do?

Contact us as soon as you can, if it is individual course we will be able to change the time of course, if it is a group together we will find
some solution.

Do you offer discounts for students?

Yes! £50 for the next course it it is done within the next 6 months and 15% off for the first shopping in our shop. We also offer 5%
discount for future shopping.

How can I pay?

You can pay in various ways: debit card, credit card, PayPal or Klarna. You can also choose option to pay in instalments via Klarna. You can also pay by cash but only when you pick up in store.

be able to resolve it.

I ordered tools, when they will be shipped?

All orders are processed on the next working day, after the shipment you will receive an email with the tracking.

I received the wrong/faulty tools, what to do?

Please contact us as soon as possible, if the problem is caused by our mistake we will cover the payment for returning of goods and send
the new ones ones the wrong items have shipped.

I want to return some goods, how can I do it?

How can I book a Course?

Simply go to our Courses Section and Check for the right course for you, Before Booking a Course make sure to contact us to check the
dates available and than follow with securing your place by deposit or if you wish to pay in three instalments choose Full Price option -
you can than pay in instalments by Klarna or PayPal.

How to prepare for training?

All necessary information are send after date securing so rest assured we have got you covered
